Recovery Coach & Insights

Guidance that stays useful without pretending to be care.

Optional AI support can help you talk through a hard moment, reflect, and choose a next step. Recovery Insights helps you notice patterns in your own check-ins and logs. Both are designed to support—not replace—your care team, mentors, or emergency services.

When you need a next step

Before you begin

Good support leaves room for good questions.

Here are a few things worth knowing as MRS gets ready to meet you.

What is available without a membership?

Public recovery resources and safety information remain available. The daily MRS workspace begins with a 7-day full-access trial and continues with a membership.

Is My Recovery Support affiliated with AA or NA?

No. My Recovery Support is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, or any official recovery organization.

Is the AI Recovery Coach emergency care?

No. The AI Recovery Coach is designed for encouragement and reflection, not emergencies or professional care. The app includes urgent support and crisis resources for moments that need immediate help.

When will the app be available?

My Recovery Support is coming soon for iOS and Android. Join the launch list above to hear when it is ready.

How does the 7-day trial work?

Choose a monthly or annual membership and start with 7 days of full access—Recovery Coach, AI journaling, planning, tools, and connection included. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel through the App Store or Google Play before it ends.

Who can see my check-ins and journal entries?

Your check-ins, urge logs, and journal entries are private by default and are never sold or shared. Messages with a sponsor or mentor are encrypted. You choose what, if anything, you share with your community or sponsor.

Practice tools

When a reset needs to feel like doing, not thinking.

Two short, hands-on practices give urges and restless energy somewhere useful to go. They are optional tools—not the center of the recovery experience.

Recovery BlocksPremium game

Give anxious energy somewhere useful to go.

Recovery Blocks turns focus, cravings, and reset practice into a hands-on game with short sessions you can return to when your mind needs somewhere steady to land.

  • A focused reset for urges, stress, boredom, and racing thoughts
  • Calm boosts and practice history help make progress visible
  • A small next step when sitting still with the feeling is hard

Wave RiderPractice tool

Practice riding out an urge instead of obeying it.

Wave Rider gives urge surfing a visual form: watch the wave, stay with the moment, and let the peak pass without needing to act on it.

  • Visual urge-surfing practice with a calm, repeatable rhythm
  • Short sessions for cravings, overwhelm, and difficult moments
  • Designed to pair with Urge Log, Safety Plan, and coping skills
